In wedding ceremonies, we often hear the words "become one flesh" which means union between two individuals. Imagine how wonderful it is to have reached that deep connection and bond filled with love and happiness. This sacred unity is also evident in a sexual relationship in marriage. While it may seem uncomfortable to talk about, you will see how beautiful it is if we will only look at it from God's perspective.
In marriages, sex helps a couple to strengthen the connection not only physically and mentally but also spiritually. Having a common understanding of the value of sex and knowing its importance and its purpose in a relationship can create a special bond between a husband and wife more than we realize. Also, intimacy and closeness can help establish a long-lasting relationship especially if it is rooted in love, respect, trust, and commitment despite many differences in so many aspects.
To lead us into an insightful discussion on sexuality, intimacy, and marriage, we are joined by Cheryl Wetzstein, an award-winning journalist for over 40 years. She is happily married and is successful in her current field. In this episode, she will be sharing with us more about her journey in life- how she was able to manage to pursue her passion being a mom and a wife, and how she was able to keep a healthy relationship with her husband.

"If you're still waiting for your special someone, don't give up. They're out there, they're worth waiting for, and you're worth waiting for. God has a great plan for your life."
- Leena Vincenz-Gavin
Nowadays, the evolution of technologies and social media has made it easier for everyone to communicate with each other. Even finding a person to date is now possible with just one click. In modern times like these, more and more teenagers, especially young adults, are taking risks of meeting people through dating sites leading to "meet-ups". As a result, maintaining purity has become far more difficult as you try to remain strong against the pressure and temptations around you.
At the end of the day, only you can decide. Remember that embracing purity is a long journey, and you must be prepared for the many challenges along the way. Sometimes, you may even have to remove certain people in your life especially if they are leading you back to your worldly pleasure and sinful desires. That is why you need to have the right reasons and a clear purpose for why you want to be pure. Make sure that you want to do this because you love God and not because you are forced to do so.
In this episode, Carina Cunningham will be interviewing Leena Vincenz-Gavin, the co-director of the school of love, which is under the High Noon who helps parents have rewarding and fruitful conversations about sex with their kids.
Leena shares her own story growing up being an adolescent and how she was able to surpass all the common issues that come with it, particularly dating. She also opens up about her meaningful moments with her husband from the time they met until they grew together as a couple. As a parent, she pointed out the value of talking to children about sex. In addition, she also shares the difference between wanting a committed relationship versus looking for the right person.
Join us, as we tackle how teenagers can align their goals to their values, handle peer pressure, learn the importance of prayer in their pursuit of purity.

One of the most important roles of a parent is not just to raise respectful and obedient children, but also responsible individuals. This goes for the Divine principle that centers on the relationship between the True Parent and a Heavenly parent and child. Having this kind of connection can help people, particularly young adults and married couples who make sexual decisions, gain their sexual integrity and learn to practice Godly parenting.
In this episode, Naokimi Ushiroda, President of the Family Federation for World Peace, will acquaint us with Heavenly Parent Holy Community, Sexuality and Religion, the term "absolute sexuality". Here he will share how he managed to open up to his children about one of the critical issues that a parent encounters which is sex, and how he knew and learned about it when he was young. He will also discuss with us the future of the Family Federation.
To further help us through this parenting journey, he will also offer advice on how communication can be used as a tool and foundation of a relationship based on his experience of being married at an early age. Join us to learn more.

In life, people say that too much of anything is bad. This phrase is often used to imply that sometimes too much of the things that we like or do can be very dangerous. Some include food, habits, relationships, money, and even social media, and many more. In other words, excess of some, perhaps most things are bad especially when it becomes an addiction, and this is to be examined because it may affect an individual on various aspects.
Now, let us look at how porn addiction, which is one of the current issues brought about by the growth of information, affects an individual's life or the life of a loved one. When someone becomes addicted to pornography, they spend so much time in it that they overlook important duties, responsibilities, and people in their lives. Certainly, internet pornography can be very damaging in that it consumes your life so if one day you suddenly feel the urge to get away from it, there are important decisions to be made.
In this episode, Benjy and Andrew talk about the significant effect of a 90-day session and understand why we need 90 days and what you can get out of these 3 months. Three months is a long period as it can destroy relationships, revive relationships, and create a big impact with that period. In this healing-recovery process, you can save energy instead of focusing on the sexual temptations, practice being honest, have integrity, and just being committed to internal digging and that healing process.
You can't make productive decisions while you're in a self-destructive mindset, so committing to that 90-day change will help you to have a better connection with others, especially to the people that matter to you. It will also allow you to see the impact of your impelling behavior until you experience change. You just have to keep in mind that changing your habit takes time and dedication. Everybody has different amounts of baggage that they have to clean up. Creating that vision, believing in it, and just working towards that vision with daily disciplines will help you overcome that porn addiction. It does not happen overnight, so you need to be patient and trust the process considering every experience is different for each individual. Join us as we tackle how to develop sexual integrity, build healthy habits, and quit porn for good.

In this digital age, there is no doubt that the use of different technologies and the continuous evolution of global media has been beneficial for us and made it much easier for us to spread and receive information. Because of this, underground industries and the black market are taking advantage of this widening reach, allowing them to revolutionize sex trafficking.
Pornography has become even more accessible to everyone, making it dangerous for young people or children who also use the Internet on a daily basis.
In this episode, we have Lisa Thompson, a member of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation who are the key contributors to fighting human trafficking, raising awareness, and empowering people to end it.
We talk about the similarities of human trafficking vs. pornography, how media has a predatory dependence upon vulnerable women and children, and how she used her voice and bravery to travel the world to do her job and raise awareness on this issue.

Now, with just a click or two anyone can easily access extremely explicit material such as pornography. Since this is readily available particularly in streaming media, watching it can easily become habitual, which in turn leads to addiction.

Wherever he is, whatever he's doing, his legacy can live on, and he knows that he did a great thing, and it was worth every effort.
