Hector Campos shot his neighbor, Ana Weed, in broad daylight as she stood with her dog in her front yard. Hector would tell police that he shot Ana in self defense. How did these neighbors find themselves in such a tragic situation? It would take 5 1/2 years to find justice and answers. We are told to Love Thy Neighbor, but not all neighbors deserve our love.
