the fact that the music industry has been (like most) bought out, and a LOT of artists are PAID to encourage illicit activity-- they're not gonna do it, they don't do it, but they get PAID TO ENCOURAGE IT, which leads to higher rates of incarceration, which: makes money for the corporate oligarchs, by the way. I mean, Ashley Baxter's (.com's) family probably owns private prisons, they seem like the type, you know she's big on inappropriate profit, but I gotta get over the fact that heartless people exist. And instead of thinking I can encourage an internal shift, instead of YEARNING to be everybody's FRIEND and to CONNECT: I think it's hiiiiigh time I start TO PROTECT: me and mine
(myself-- protect myself, but you know the expression: me and mine. I'm literally crying as I type this because I have NO DOUBT I am loved, I FINALLY KNOW the team is solid, the team is doing it's best, and the crosstown team that knows this area better than I EVER will, they genuinely care about and respect me. That is EARNED, and sort of invisible, but wow: the feeling in my heart. It's worth it-- let it be known: PURSUING LOVE, cultivating and HONORING love: IS WORTH IT)

In this episode I discuss the cancel culture that destroyed one of my favorite professor's legacy, my grappling with the culture as in: aware of a lot of habits and patterns that are at play, AND aware of the EFFORT it takes to CHANGE (any pattern). It's difficult, but it is worth it. You are so worth it.
We devalue our lives because INDUSTRIES encourage it, very real people PROFIT off of ignorance. Being aligned, being informed, and being RESILIENT are not easy tasks to pick up, but they are deeply connected to excellence.

PS: Ashley Baxter, woman running the .com as of last year, woman "launching" LOVE WINSLOW (??) girl, the name is taken. Girl, pretending I don't exist is not the route. Committing fraud against THEE longest standing family name on US territory (where the laws are good, by the way your choices are fully illegal), the oldest house on record-- anyway, I was hoping to speak as adults, but you're very clearly lacking in the: kindness category, and absolutely devoid of integrity. It's disrespectful, and I did think you'd start to learn about the ACTUAL Winslow family, and maybe take a beat, but you're probably not. So I won't bother my listeners with the drama, don't expect this to end, though.
