You've heard me mention her before, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Valery from The Podcast Planners for making this a great first season. Make sure to give her a follow @thepodcastplanners and reach out if you are thinking of launching.
Welcome, welcome back to another episode of The Love Your Mondays Podcast. In this episode, I’m bringing you two guests, two mini-interviews in one epic show.
First, we are going to be chatting with my pal Tianna Grey; when we recorded this interview, she was between jobs. Maybe that is where you are currently, or maybe the fear of being in what we have labeled the void has kept you at a job that isn’t fulfilling you.
Tianna has some great insight on what to do when you are in this space of unknown, and let’s be honest; we have all got a crash course in that this past year.
The second story I am so excited to share is Ashely's, who is a nurse and who started a business during … well, during what was THE most stressful time in her nursing career. She is the founder of Belle Revival, a place for you to find beautiful thrifted goods with a greater purpose.
Give Tianna a follow @tiannagrey

This week we are in conversation with firecracker Courtney Chaal. Courtney is a business coach and helps clients streamline their service into a signature course.
Now Courtney is an amazing business coach. She also is very open about living and working with ADHD, and that’s why I wanted to have her on the Love Your Mondays podcast.
This is such an important topic for leadership and management to be able to recognize that people have different ways of working and learning AND if you have ADHD or have a way of working that isn’t "standard" then I really hope this episode makes your feel seen and gives you permission. Courtney's story is one of success and acceptance, and I can’t wait for you to hear this conversation.

This week we are talking to my friend and the head honcho of The Uncaged Life - Rebecca Tracey.
Rebecca started her business in a cross-country adventure while living in a van. I was lucky enough to meet her then and be one of her first clients; since then, I have taken Uncage Your Business, her signature program, and it is still to this day one of the top programs I recommend to people.
Listen in as we dive deep into where you should be investing in your business and what mistakes to avoid to save time and money.
These are things I WISH I knew about when I was first starting out; I just didn't meet Rebecca soon enough ;)
We talk a lot about coaching, but this advice applies to any service-based business.

Welcome to the first solo episode from The Love Your Monday Podcast. If you've been following me on Instagram, you know that I have dubbed the year 2021 as the year of the DM. Now with those DMs, I asked my followers to submit questions that they would like me to answer in this podcast episode, and that's exactly what I am doing today. Remember, there are so many common questions, and by stepping up and putting that question out there, you're probably going to be helping other people as well who are too afraid to ask.
In today's episode, we are discussing the topic of asking. From colleagues, friends, and even family members, when we think of asking someone for something, our natural instinct is to assume rejection from others. So many people want to ask for help, but they are afraid. Today we will be looking at some research and dive a little deeper into why we should ask for help and the research you need to do first before asking.
If you're not already following me, be sure to follow me at @loveyourmondays. If you have any career or business questions that you would like to be answered either on this podcast or in private, be sure to stop by and send me a DM. I love to support you.
In today’s episode, were specifically covering:
