Did you know that narcissists often will use abracadabra codes?  Narcissists often know what their intentions are in every situation from day one.  He or she can have these imaginary contracts with terms of unrealistic expecations.  Sometimes it's a good idea to check the narcissist's characteristics rather than their personality structure, which seems to change every moment.  Unfortunately, for those who are emotionally invested in narcissistic relationships they find out that their narcissist only had mad love for the game of playing others for source supply.  Get clear on what you and the narcissist intentions are before getting in too deep.

How to find the good in the goodbye after the narcissistic relationship is over.  It's easy to become stuck by continuing to focus on what you might think your narcissist is doing to get over on you and others.  Some narcissistic personality types often focus on the reward of source supply rather than on the price they will pay for pulling shenanigans in order to obtain source supply.

There are many people that can talk to you about how far a narcissist will go in order to experience a successful hoover.  He or she might recruit some of their enablers to play the dysfunctional role of flying monkey to help falicilitate hoovering you back into a third-party relationship(s) and become a source supplier once again.  Is it possible to feel haunted by past narcissistic relationships?  I'd say it's very possible.  It's best to recognize when it's about your strength to thrive forward vs. the narcissist strong sense of entitlement!  This might feel like a difficult challenge that's impossible to overcome.  Narcissists often will keep a person focus on the past for the wrong reasons, rather than becoming open to meet him or her where they are presently.  Stay focused on your strength and resiliance to continue to thrive forward if you are experiencing your narcissist attempting to hoover you back in, or you feel the past narcissistic relationship creeping back up.

Learn to spot the signs of flying monkeys before it's too late!  There are some who have been recruited by the narcissist to play the dysfunctional role of flying monkey causing a twisted third-party relationship to occur.  However, after helping the narcissist to hoover he or she can also experience what's know as the narcissistic cycle (Idealize, Devalue and Discard).  Most flying monkeys don't see it coming due to how the narcissist love bombs them, nor are they ready for the aftermath of the narcissist's discard.

There are signs that reveal that you're dealing with a person who has been recruited by perhaps your narcissist to play the dysfunctional role of a flying monkey!  Narcissists and those who play the dysfunctional role of flying monkey are not like twins, rather they're like first cousins.  They both often have different hidden agendas to have you hoovered back into a narcissistic relationship.  However, narcissists often recruit people who share similiar vices and personality types to play the dysfunctional role of flying monkey.

How does the narcissist seem to go the extra mile to discard others?  It might seem as if he or she is going over time on the demon time.  It's not a case of he or she is just not into you.  Usually, the discard masks the narcissist's shame and guilt cycle.  He or she might attempt to hoover sometime after discarding the relationship, but if they wanted the connection in the first place, then hoover attempts would not be necessary.  Don't get caught up or lost in the sauce of narcissistic relationships  and the narcissist's guilt shame cycle because the signs of narcissism were overlooked.  Keep thriving forward!

How does one recognize the perfect polarity that occurs in narcissistic relationships?  First, know who and what you're dealing with.  Secondly, take off the rose-colored glasses which will help clarify contradictions, falsehood and manipulative tactics that fuel narcissistic relationships.  Lastly, accept that you're perhaps the one who is changing, while facing the reality that the narcissist might not ever change.  It is when the narcissist wants all of the smoke and turns up on the demon time, that others who are emotionally involved might come to realize that as much as they're capable of love the narcissist is capable of contempt.  One person is taking and the other is giving too much!  One needs to learn how to love self and the other needs to learn how to love others.  Peace, harmony and love are not possible in such a hostile environment, but the perfect polarity in the narcissist relationship seems to flourish.

How to contemplate forgiveness of narcissistic relationships and narcissist can be challenging, overwhelming, triggering and can seem impossible to achieve.  There are steps that are often overlooked when contemplating forgiveness of narcissistic relationships and those with a narcissistic personality who may have caused injury, especially when anger and pain are experienced.  You can give yourself the gift of forgiveness first, instead of pressuring yourself to give it to the narcissist, perhaps sacrificing yourself in the process.
