Sharing my thoughts on Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial as it continues.  Did the article that Amber Heard published in the 2018 Washington Post end up hurting Johnny Depp's future opportunities with Disney's Pirates of the Carrabean franchise as character Captain Jack Sparrow?  The Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial continues with testimonies of Amber having borderline personality and exaggerating medical symptoms and while Johnny testifies about numberous attempts to difuse heated arguments with ex-wife Amber.  Johnny Depp and Amber Heard face off in court.  While Johnny Depp faces cross examination, he is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for a $50 million Defamation libel case.  Depp is alleging that ex-wife Amber Heard defamed him in an opinion column published in The Washington Post in December 2018.

Recently, Eligio Bishop who calls himself Th3 3 God is denied bond.  Have we really seen the last of Th33 God a.k.a Eligio Lee Bishop?  There are some ex Carbon Nation members who are celebrating as they continue to speak out about their experiences while in the cult.  It is rumored that some of the ex Carbon Nation member reached out to Tasha K who allegedly is scheduled to interview some of the ex Carbon Nation members to perhaps help bring awareness about the cult and practices of the alleged cult leader Eligio Lee Bishop.  However, some might question real motives behind why any of the ex Carbon Nation members are doing any interviews. Some might question the motive(s) of Tasha K to conduct the interview.  In regards to his rap sheet, is it possible that there's a set up to further incriminate Eligio?  Eligio Bishop has the right to due process of the law because of the Constitution.  Special thanks to all content creators who have been documenting this story.

How does narcissistic personality seem possessed?  It's easy to confuse signs of possession with signs of narcissistic personality disorder by reading the dignosis criterion in theDSM-V and a by watching horror movies about demon possession.  There are some who are and who have reported their narcissist showing signs of one who is possessed by an entity or some supernatural force.  This does not necessarily have to be the case, it might be a number of reasons why some are stating that their narcissist is possessed rather than it being a case of personality disorder.

The best way to find the good in saying goodbye to narcissist relationships is to come to peace with facing the reality of how your health is probably being compromised.  How does one find the words to let go and say goodbye to their narcissist?  Sometimes you might find that you are not appreciated by your narcissist therefore, your narcissist will make threats of finding someone new if you do not do what they wish for to do in the relationship.  The next time your narcissist threatens that if you don't someone else will.  Your response might be to see it as an opprotunity to accept that you are outgrowing the relationship.

Just because you haven't forgotten about some transgressions doesn't mean that you are being mean and holding grudges.  Have you ever heard people say that a person can forgive, but not forget?   There's usually some truth to that statement. Those who have and continue to be challenged by attempting to forgive transgressions that their narcissist has made and perhaps continue to make, often can add to the emotional stress of contemplating forgiveness.  Anger is a common experience especially if a lot of time has passed without resolution, regardless of efforts being made.  Narcissistic personality are often found to be insterested in control not connection, therefore, attempts on your part to make peace might be met with aggression, indifference and avoidance.  Be aware that some narcissist will use tactics like, projection, silent treatments, creating false narratives and gaslighting in attempts to get you to beleive that you are being mean and holding grudges just for expressing an injustice that you experienced in a relationship with him or her.  Ironically, it is narcissists who often hold grudges for a long period of time when in fact, they were the ones who through the first punch.

Who does a cult leader identify as a safe victim?  There has been many cult leaders from Jim Jones, Charles Manson, David Koresh and others who have singled out certain people to become a member of their cult.  Cultic processes, thought reforms and other cult inducements have been used to control the environment and communications of cult members.  Narcissistic personality and other dark personality types who attempt to lead a group, organization and cults often will look for signs in others who might be prime for source supply.  Recently, Eligio Lee Bishop a.k.a Natureboy a.k.a Th3 3 God has been allegedly called a cult leader.  Ex cult members are currently speaking out since Eligio's arrest in Dekalb County, Georgia due to charges ranging from assult and battery, theft and quarantine violation in Costa Rica.  As of May 6th, 2022 a bond hearing was held and Eligio was denied bond and judged as be a flight risk and a danger to the community.  Eligio has a long rap sheet of other crimes he has committed. There's an active petition to the Mexico City Governor and the National Security Council to ban Eligio's Carbon Nation cult permanately from social media.

Those who have a dark personality or a dark triad such as machiavellian, psychopathic and narcissistic all rolled into one can attempt to lead a group or following into ruin by grooming or priming them.  False narratives often reflect a perspective of his or her reality yet lacks merit. Perhaps there are some narcissists who lead groups develop an obsession, fixation, or a personal mission to get others to adopt or accept their false narratives. Cult leaders who have dark personality types often will refer to themselves not only in third person, but as some world-famous personalities, prominent figures, or world leaders.

One of the best signs that you are done with the narcissist is that you know how to calm yourself down should you feel pressured to forgive your narcissist.  It can become triggering to hear others who might mean well by advising you to forgive your narcissist as you continue to heal from narcissistic relationships.  The narcissist relationship can become restrictive and seem to confine you like you do not have choices.  The overall message from narcissists seems to be that those who have relationships with him or her MUST please them.  When someone tells you that you must forgive your narcissist, you might feel triggered as you might recall how your narcissist treated you as if you had no choice, voice or identity in the relationship with him or her.  You have the freedom to make choices.  While contemplating forgiveness it's important to consider a few things.
