  • NEW Lunar Magic in Business Podcast for Mom Entrepreneurs
Having a thriving career and a family is possible, motherhood and being an entrepreneur aren’t mutually exclusive! I’m here to tell you how you can achieve harmony between your family and business. It’s time to shake off those old limiting beliefs and create a paradigm shift in how we experience being mom entrepreneurs!

    Lunar Magic Business Podcast
It sounds like a fairytale, working from home, being able to be there for the kids when they need you and having time for self-care. It’s too good to be true right? Being an entrepreneur means you have to hustle, work long hours and put yourself last. Well, I’m going to prove you wrong!
The Lunar Magic Business Podcast is a result of my experience as a mom entrepreneur and shifts I see in the clients I work with.
You have to start with rethinking what success means to you. When I started my business it didn’t revolve around making sh*t tons of cash. It grew from a place of being of service. I saw mothers (including myself) struggling keeping up with their families and businesses. It was like they were always one step behind. I knew there had to be another way!
Interestingly I was very aware of my energy levels, my cycle and my spiritual practice, but I didn’t connect the dots to bringing it into my business. I worked long hours, felt tired and couldn’t seem to catch up with work. I had a wake up call when I was sick for the second time that month. As I laid in bed I realized something has to change. I want to feel better and I want my husband and kids to have a happier wife/mom.
I drastically changed from working up to 7 days a week to three and a half days. I structured my workflow, set up realistic goals and had a bigger vision.
I started managing my energy instead of my time. I started honoring the slow days and took advantage of the high energy days. I aligned my business with the moon cycles, planned ahead and allowed softness into my business. We live in such a masculine world that it can be hard for us moms to give ourselves a break and manage our businesses the feminine way.

    Mom Entrepreneurs
That’s how the Lunar Magic Business Podcast was born. Out of a desire to pave the way for other mom entrepreneurs to find the harmony we’re craving. I’m not going to tell you it’s going to be a walk in the park all the time but when you’re passionate about what you do it doesn’t feel like work.
In this new podcast I’m going to share insights and interview on motherhood and entrepreneurship. Following the natural cycles of life will align your family and business life so it no longer feels like you’re pushing through. Yes, you can grow your income but in the very first place, it’ll give you more freedom and time!
So remember; stay in your own lane, follow your passion and don’t dim your light because people don’t get you, they’re not your people!
I can’t wait to hear from you! Leave a comment below of hop over to the private Facebook group and let us know what you’re working on!

  • Episode 37: Navigating Maternal Mental Health with dr. Danielle Jenkins
Maternal mental health awareness is growing but there’s still a lot that needs to be done. That’s why this week I invited dr. Danielle Jenkins to join me in a conversation about postpartum depression, anxiety and psychosis. Dr. Jenkins shares her wisdom after years of training and working in the field of maternal mental health.

Most moms who are in a postpartum depression don’t share about their experience because of fear of judgment or because they don’t even realize they’re in one. The stigma around sharing your true feelings and emotions is big. We’re ‘supposed’ to feel blissful and happy but the reality of sleep deprivation, physical discomfort or lack of support can drive any well grounded mother over the edge.
We’re slowly moving the needle towards acceptance, but there’s still a lot of work that needs to be done. That’s why this conversation is so necessary. We dive right into the topic, covering the whole postpartum spectrum.
Please share this episode with the mothers in your life who are struggling. You’re not alone!!
