Twas one week till NBEO Boards Part 2, and all through the land 4th-year students were diligently studying, even the mouse. All their studying materials were collected with care, in hopes of passing and the questions be fair. 4th years were nestled into their study spots, they dreamed of freedom from studying a lot. Rachel in Ikea, and Kate on her couch, we had justed settled in for a long study session. When at the edges of our brain there arouse such a clatter, we sprang from our spots to see what was the matter. Away from our study spots we flew like a flash, tore out our hair, and tears began to crash. And what to our wondering brains did appear, but thoughts of anxiety soon did appear. With little old thoughts so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be our anxiety trick.

While test anxiety, and nervousness for boards, is not as cute as a poem but we have some tips on how to stay calm, cool and collected. We know you are studying so this is a quick and easy to help calm those fears!
