As a busy parent running a business, there are some routines that we have ingrained in our household that just make sense. For example, that delicious Sunday roast can be remade into some pretty darn good dinners throughout the week. We all have those tried and true recipes that take that Sunday roast and turn it into a completely different and equally delicious dish.
Repurposing content is just like turning that roast into a few more quick dishes we rely on to keep our bellies full and save us a bit of time in the evening. You take one idea and show it in many different ways, and in turn, your posting calendar fills up and you are spending less time creating new content.
In this episode, we're discussing repurposing content and why it needs to be part of your marketing process.

Unless you've been living under rock, you've probably heard of ChatGPT - the AI chatbot taking the world by storm for its ability to create content for social media, your website, blog, videos... you name it! ChatGPT can generate virtually anything in a matter of seconds.
In fact GPT is so valuable that Microsoft are investing 10 billion dollars into open.ai - the business behind ChatGPT - with plans to incorporate AI into their Microsoft Office Suite, Bing and other tools and platforms.
But with great power comes great responsibility 😉 and the potential for a veritable Tsunami of digital AI-generated garbage flooding the internet!
In this episode we are joined by digital marketing expert, speaker and agency builder, Dennis Yu, to discuss the powers of AI for digital marketing and how to use ChatGPT as a tool, rather than a crutch.
Dennis Yu is the Chief Technology Officer of BlitzMetrics, a digital marketing company which partners with schools to train young adults.
He is co-author of the #1 best-selling book on Amazon in social media, The Definitive Guide to TikTok Ads and has spent a billion dollars on Facebook ads across his agencies and agencies he advises.
Yu is known for his Dollar A Day strategy and is commonly known as the “million jobs” guy - on a mission to create one million jobs via hands-on social media training, partnering with universities and professional organizations.
He’s been featured on CNN, the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NPR, and LA Times. He has worked with Nike, Red Bull, the Golden State Warriors, Ashley Furniture, Quiznos – down to local service businesses like real estate agents and dentists.

Do you work in a super-niche, sensitive, or highly regulated industry? If so, you know how hard it can be to connect with new clients on social media due to restrictive community guidelines and/or the unique (and sometimes stigmatised) nature of your specialty.
While you may have established your business and grown it through word-of-mouth, you know you could help so many more clients if you could only reach them on online!
In this episode, we chat with Ontario-based Marketing Consultant, Michelle Lange, who specialises in content marketing for super-niche industries.
Michelle helps business owners in highly-regulated (and sometimes stigmatised) industries to market their business online and connect with clients seeking help with sensitive issues such as bereavement, mental health or intimacy issues.

Is the clock ticking on TikTok Australia?
Clem and Kryshla chew the ‘phat’ on the current situation in the US regarding TikTok. With the Senate poised to pass a bill that enables them to restrict or ban the platform - and other technologies that pose a risk to national security - what does this mean for Australia?
Will US policy trickle down to our sandy shores?
And are other Chinese apps such as WeChat and Weibo also on the chopping block?
According to The Guardian, Democratic senator Mark Warner stated that the proposed bill would also apply to foreign technologies from China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela and Cuba.
Closer to home "The Government is not currently considering a ban on TikTok," Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Cyber Security, Clare O'Neil told 7.30 last week - ABC News.
But with 25 government departments and agencies banning the app, is it simply a matter of time before #ForYou becomes #Farewell?

Today we're going back to (content marketing) basics to talk about content pillars - and why you need them to market your business on ANY platform.
This episode is step 2 of our content marketing foundations series - outlining the essential steps you need to take to market your business online. Step 1 was covered in episode 1 where we spoke about selecting and understanding your target market.
To enlighten you on all things "pillar", we are joined by special guest, Holly Cardamone - writer, author and communications specialist from Blue 51 Communications.
Sit back, relax and have a pen and notepad handy for this value-packed session where you'll discover what content pillars are (spoiler alert: they are NOT "educate, entertain, inspire"!) and how to choose your own.
