In this episode, I welcome Lauren Cash, former dietician, master certified life coach, and COO with a spiritual twist! Lauren shares how she paid off her $100k of grad school debt with savvy money manifestation techniques and building and growing her life coaching practice. She speaks on the big shifts that led her to recently make six figures, the significance of abundance and scarcity mindsets, and how she has pivoted and niched down in her coaching practice.
“Those who have plenty of money and are abundant with money, they make decisions around their money for the long game.”
Lauren and I also talk about struggling with adrenal fatigue, finding balance in the hustle, and how she effectively schedules and manages her time. Taking ownership of your time and your path, making uncomfortable decisions, and having your long-term dreams in mind are some of the most powerful actions you can take to live a free and content life. Do you agree?
“There’s no rush to get to the $100k if you know for sure you’re going to do way more than that in your business in a few years. You can just settle in and create the full life that you want and not burn yourself out, not have adrenal fatigue or whatever else.”- Lauren Cash
Listen in to hear Lauren’s take on the relationship between confidence, perfectionism, self-worth, and happiness. Then, she shares a bit about her program, Cultivating Margin, that she’s repackaging and relaunching soon!

In this episode, I welcome Jenn Cino, a personal trainer and hormone and menstrual coach. After traveling the world for five years, Jenn chose to pursue health and wellness full-time with her program, Fit. Period., helping women of all ages who are sick of unsustainable lifestyles and who are struggling with their periods and hormone health. Her practice gets to the root causes of hormonal issues and is all about educating women about the body and our cycles.
Jenn shares her experience going on the birth control pill at age 14 and going off it at 21, along with the differences she saw in her personality, her relationship, and her body caused by that transition. She speaks on her struggle with severe digestive issues caused from the pill and lack of education and support she received from doctors. She also describes many of the symptoms of hormonal imbalances, the benefits of scheduling your life and work around your cycle, and gives powerful advice to women who have tried everything to heal their menstrual cycle.
“The worst part of it all is we are not told these things, we don’t know that birth control has side effects… I speak to women literally every single day of my life who are like, ‘I never even thought that the connection between all these symptoms could be birth control.’”
Jenn expresses her candid thoughts on food/calorie restriction, Western medicine, and the reform that’s necessary in doctors’ knowledge of the female body and hormone health. She talks about her experience using supplementation and essential oils to heal her gut, which led her to become a hormone specialist, along with the pivotal moment where she realized every body’s needs are different. She then busts the myth that “PMS is normal” and details the difference between clean eating and eating for hormone health.
“It really is that point in our life where we need to really start taking it a little bit more seriously to be our own advocate.” - Jenn Cino
Stick around to hear about my horrible experience getting an IUD and the reality of how easy it is to prevent pregnancy if you’re in tune with your body’s menstrual cycle.

Trigger warning: This episode contains discussion about eating disorders.
In this episode, Jessika welcomes Sarah Speers, energy worker and coach for women with eating issues. Sarah’s mission is to empower women to use energy work to uncover and improve the root mental, emotional and energetic factors underlying food & eating issues, specifically binge eating, emotional eating, and bulimia. She sheds like on her personal connection to these disorders by sharing about her experience struggling with bulimia and moving from a space of hating herself to a space of confidence. She also speaks on the shame and secrecy that surrounds eating disorders and the importance of talking about your struggles.
Having a deeply rooted eating disorder isn’t something that just any coach can work with and there is a spectrum of severity when it comes to eating issues. Sarah explains the best course of action in healing a severe eating disorder, as well as what is required to effectively recover from any severity of disordered eating. She notes how her education, evidence-based training, and personal experience allows her to help people heal trauma, recover from EDs, and find balance in life.
“I don’t want to live a life that doesn’t feel true to me… I don’t need to be striving for these things that other people have because that’s not what actually makes me happy.”
Stick around to learn how Sarah recovered from her eating disorder with energy healing, as she breaks down the five bodies of health that must be addressed and how she uses various energy work modalities (Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Emotion Code, and Reiki) with her clients. Jessika also shares her story with disordered eating and Sarah offers powerful advice for people who are restrictive or perfectionists with food choices and eating habits, emphasizing the freedom that’s on the other side of this work.
“Maybe you’ve tried so many other forms of therapy or you’ve been working on your mindset... but maybe you’re missing the energy component because emotions are a form of energy, your thoughts are a form of energy, your physical body has energy systems. If you’re not understanding the energy component of your experience, then you’re missing a crucial piece of the recovery equation.”

In this episode, I chat about the lies and truths of personal growth. Confidence doesn’t live in a vacuum or a bubble on its own. This got me thinking about the lies we tell ourselves about what personal growth is supposed to mean. Whether you’re a coach or entrepreneur or neither, I trust you’ll gain something insightful from this short solocast. Listen in to hear many of the lies and truths of personal growth and development, along with some tips on how to fully feel your emotions and approach growth in a different, more meaningful way.
“Growth really equips us with tools to be with, allow, and process whatever comes up, but it doesn’t mean that the humanity is going to go away... we’re still human.” - Jessika Whitney
Coaching, entrepreneurship, and growth is not a path towards becoming a superhuman goddess that does everything perfectly. Yes, you have to put in the work to make reading those books, watching those webinars, and listening to those podcasts actually mean something… but sometimes, doing the work means doing nothing or doing the bare minimum.
Practice living without trying to fix your life. Giving up these lies about what personal development means will give you the freedom to show up effectively, be relatable, and make a difference in the lives of the people you’re committed to serving. It will also give you space to feel all the emotions and the discomfort instead of avoiding them.
“Feeling happy is not the ultimate goal. Life isn’t happy 100%, it’s just not, and that’s not an issue... Where the value of personal growth comes in is being able to be aware of what’s happening, understand that it’s happening and why it’s happening, and to let it be there without treating ourselves like shit." - Jessika Whitney
Let’s explore and experience the true meaning of personal growth.
The sooner you do, the more you’ll enjoy life.

In this episode, Jessika welcomes Valerie Adams aka The Mindset Babe, who is an entrepreneur and dating and mindset coach. Valerie has struggled with dating and men in the past and she’s here to share a bit about her journey. She also details what dating and mindset coaching is all about, her passion for supporting single women, and how she stays grounded as an entrepreneur. If you’re a single person looking for powerful tips on attracting your dream partner, look no further, and if you’re already in a relationship or not even interested in dating, this is still a valuable conversation!
“You always attract what you want or something better when you believe it’s possible.”- Valerie Adams
Valerie sheds light on why she got out of her corporate career and successfully started her coaching practice, what her dating life and personal development journey was like shortly after, and the surprising experience that came after using a love coach (it’s not what you think!). She also speaks on what it’s like to have a partner with a very similar career and the top lessons she’s learned from becoming an entrepreneur.
Love and dating isn’t strategic to Valerie, it’s an organic process, as each person is unique. She passionately believes that women should not settle and she loves teaching women the ways in which to have a healthy mindset around dating and relationships. Listen in for Valerie’s powerful dating advice regarding a few different scenarios Jessika throws at her, from wanting to meet guys the old-fashioned way (not online) to never getting asked on second dates. She emphasizes the role that energy, self-love, and self-worth play in dating and relationships.
“When you get into a relationship, especially a healthy one, all your stuff comes up. It’s like everything’s magnified because everyone’s a mirror for us.”- Valerie Adams
Being single is a time of power! Embrace it and focus on yourself, because you never know who will waltz into your life at just the right time.
“The better you get, the better you attract.”- Valerie Adams
