(#01) Why Mindset Always Trumps Strategy - 21 Day Mindset Challenge

Ready for Day One of the 21 Day Success Mindset Challenge? Today builds the foundations of… well… EVERYTHING. I’m going to be sharing WHY mindset always trumps strategy. There’s a reason that Tony Robbins says Success is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. And Bob Proctor used to always say it’s 95% mindset and only 5% strategy.

Yet as entrepreneurs we always default to the ‘how’. ‘How’ are we going to hit our goals, ‘how’ are we going to make it happen, ‘how’ are we going to bring our vision to life. We spend all our time searching for the exact process, steps and strategy that we believe will create our success - and forget about the biggest driving factor behind ANYONE’s success.

Today I’m going to talk about why working with your mind at both a conscious and subconscious level is absolutely critical to the success of any business.

I'll share my story about going from failing and almost losing my business to turning it around and hitting a £1m sales year.

And why I decided to create a business podcast for entrepreneurs that doesn’t talk about strategy at all and only focuses on the internal work we need to do, to create the business of our dreams.
