Today want to talk to you about negative emotions and toxic positivity. Because we hear all the time that we have to be positive, happy and in alignment to manifest the things we want. And this can lead to the misconception that we have to be happy ALL THE TIME. Which simply isn't true nor is it possible. 

Sure, the more enlightened and in alignment you become, the easier it is to hold that yourself in a positive state and the less rocked you get by the roadbumps. But this doesn't happen overnight and takes a lot of practice, embodiment and healing. 

PLUS we ARE human. We are here to feel all the contrast. And life is going to throw us some curveballs that will feel difficult to navigate at times. So if you're going through one fo these times right now, this episode is for you. You don't need to suppress or hide your negative emotions, maybe it's time to finally release them!

I always used to think I needed to hustle my way to success. Until I discovered that real leverage came through a state of flow. NOT hustle.

How often do you find yourself 'working hard', 'grinding it out', being stuck in the masculine and taking massive amounts of action. Compared to being more in your feminine energy and being open to receive and in a co-creative and relaxed state of flow?

In today's episode I talk about both states and the power in leveraging a flow state in business.

In yesterday's episode I talked about how you're not really stuck (even though it REALLY feels like it at times). And today I'm bringing even better news - what you want is ALREADY IN MOTION. It's already in progress. Isn't that great?

This is all you need to know, understand and believe to start shifting your current unwanted conditions and 'stuckness'.
Simply start seeing the goals, manifestations and intentions, new situation, preferred results, diff circumstances - that you have set for your biz (and life) as already in progress….! And you will be amazed at how fast things can turn around.

So long as you keep your focus there, of course! :)

I love the phrase 'perfectionism is procrastination in disguise' because it's so true!

The more time we spend getting 'the thing' perfect, the more we get to hide away, stay safe and avoid the uncomfortable action of just putting it out there. Better still (as far as the subconscious mind is concerned) it can even stop us from feeling the disappointment of failure or even rejection.

BUT it's getting in your way. It's stopping you moving forward and actually creating the success and money you want in your business. Which, by the way, is already yours!

So why do you need to set the impossible goal of being 'perfect'.

Day Three of the 21 Day Success Mindset Challenge.

As entrepreneurs we all want success in our business. But what does this really mean? Because let’s face it, what success means to me could be hugely different to what success means to you. And a thousand others.

This is such a powerful conversation, because unless we take a minute to stop and really think about this AND decide, we can lose ourselves to ‘chasing’ something that we never really wanted in the first place.

And worse still, as we listen to all the noise on social media and in the online space - we can easily get caught up with placing so many attachments to our goals and idea of success (especially when it comes to worthiness) that any ‘failures’ negatively impact our self image and our self worth. Which often results in self sabotage and limited results. 

So let’s take off the pressure and get real for a minute today. So you can confidently and happily stride towards YOUR version of success.
