Jesus exposes their motives and invites them to stop chasing what perishes and believe in Him as the true Bread of Life. He makes it clear that faith is not a transaction or a checklist, but trust in the One God has sent. Jesus does not exist to fulfill our wishes. He offers Himself as the only source of lasting satisfaction and eternal life

In the opening message of the Not My Jesus series, we confront the idea of a “moldable Jesus” shaped by culture, opinion, and personal preference. From Matthew 16:13–16, Jesus asks the most important question anyone will ever face: “Who do you say that I am?” As public opinion offers many respectful but insufficient answers, Peter boldly confesses the truth that changes everything. Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of the living God. This message reminds us that while Jesus meets us where we are, He does not change who He is.
