We then try a meal made specially for this episode by Kelsey. She used various local ingredients, many sourced from market vendors, as discussed in the interviews.

Here's what we ordered: Apple cider doughnuts, with local homemade apple butter for dipping. The apple butter is made for the Salem Apple Butter Festival and is made by the folks at the Salem United Methodist Church in Salem, West Virginia.
