Matt talks about investigating holiday cookies as a kid. Kelsey covers the story of the Manacled Mormon, in which Kirk Anderson was allegedly abducted and assaulted in the 70s, having been stalked and followed by a former beauty queen. Enjoy this cookie with a cup of cheer or another cookie... Matt covers three festive stories about a certain child abduction, zombie Santa, and the brutal stabbing of a famous Christmas icon. Kelsey relays the story of an awful lunch.

Gingerbread

3 c flour

3/4 c butter, softened

1/2 c molasses

Cream together butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add molasses and mix well. Add egg, mix well.

Sift your dry ingredients together separately, then slowly add to your wet mixture. Mix until fully combined.

Split dough into 2 equal portions. Wrap each portion in saran wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hrs.

Unwrap and place dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle top of dough in flour as well, then gently roll out to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into whatever shapes you like.

Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges are done and center is close. Cookies will continue to bake on the hot sheet for up to 15 minutes once out of the oven. Let cool and decorate however you like! Enjoy.

Kelsey's Hot Cocoa

4 C. Whole Milk 

Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on the stove on Medium heat. Once combined, stir in the four cups of milk. Continue to heat through to your taste. Keep stirring, making sure the milk doesn't curdle. Pour hot cocoa mixture into mugs. Top with your favorite hot cocoa toppings. We used fresh whipped cream, but you can also add marshmallows, chocolate, candy, syrups, sprinkles. Whatever you like. Serves about four or yourself a few times. Enjoy, creeps!

Kelsey covers the horrible event of the Christmas Parade murder in Waukesha. Darrell Brooks murdered six people and injured 62 by driving his suv through the busy parade occurring in Waukesha, Wisconsin in November of 2021. She also covers the ridiculous court proceedings, where Brooks attempts to defend himself. It does not go well.

Matt covers the recent events in the town of Moscow, Idaho, where four young college students were found murdered. Disclaimer: This is an ongoing investigation, and we are detailing the case to the best of our knowledge. At the time of recording, police have not yet identified any suspect, please expect follow ups as the story develops. Be aware the events in this case are disturbing, discretion advised.

In this short, we try a Halloween variety of Skittles Shriekers Sour Candy. Similar to the Dorito's we just tried, some are sour and some are normal. Tune in to see which ones we liked, and which one tastes like unhappiness. Then, in keeping up with his film inspiration tales, Matt tells Kelsey about the legend of Sawney Bean, the supposed leader of a group of murderous cannibals from 1500's Scotland. In this short, we try the Cool Ranch flavor of Doritos Roulette tortilla chips, some are hot and some are not. This episode gets tingly. Matt begs Taco Bell to finally make the Spicy Nacho flavored Doritos Locos Taco he's been waiting for. Matt tells the wild local tale about two ne'er do-well Pennsylvania brothers who decided to steal a tractor in Morgantown, West Virginia while armed.
