This week, the Creeps try a coffee that was gifted to us by the wonderful people at Folk Hero Coffee, from Buckhannon, WV, who can be reached at FolkHeroCoffee.com. We will be sampling three different coffees from their delightfully decorated Cryptid Collection across the next few episodes. For this one, Kelsey brewed up a flight using some of Folk Hero's Bridge Monster Dark Roast, she used the techniques of pour over, French press, drip coffee pot, and her new moka pot.

In this episode, Matt covers the history of illegal pirates taking over the radio and television airwaves in the 80s, also known as broadcast signal intrusion, culminating in the infamous Max Headroom incident.

The Creeps also talk about needing a cozy pick-me-up on a gloomy winter evening, cup fights, waking up with Mothman, Kelsey's love of gadgets, Matt's preference to drink something lava hot.

This week, our Creeps are trying beer from Greenbrier Valley Brewing, Mothman Black IPA. Kelsey (not a fan of hoppy beer or beer in general) says she’s trying beer against her will. We swear we did not tie her to a chair in the basement for this. 

Then, Kelsey tells the story of a harrowing 911 call regarding a possible intruder in a woman’s home.

In this episode, Kelsey's mom gave us a new Pop Tart flavor to try, with Matt not knowing what flavor he's about to eat. Thanks to the Pop-Tarts Bowl, now that sacrificing a beloved mascot and consuming Pop-Tart flesh has become a New Year's seasonal occasion, we will try to have another flavor next year.

Then, Kelsey takes us back to the wild winter of 1992, so much swirling chaos, and America concerns itself with a beloved White House pet pup who maybe indulged in too many treats. Do not feed Ranger.

The Creeps also talk about their favorite Pop-tart flavors and whether they like to eat them cold or toasted, buying discount snacks, coworker betrayal, and how Matt is still pretty bummed out about Hall and Oates.

For this episode, we made homemade cookies to try. Kelsey made her family's favorites and Britt made hers and Matt's.

Here's what we tried: Cream cheese candy, peanut butter cookies, chocolate no-bakes, 1939 chocolate chip cookies.

In this holiday special, Matt tells a ghost story for Christmas. Gather around the fire, toast with some holiday cheer, and tune in to hear this year's tale, one of a game of hide and seek, titled Smee, written by A. M. Burrage.

In this episode, the Main Creeps try a very fun candy, Beny Locochas hard candy in the Mango Flavor with a chili center. We maybe also didn't inform Kelsey beforehand that the candy is filled with a sort of chili powder, so enjoy listening to her reaction.

Then, Matt gives us a wild story about Santa renting a Helicopter in Brazil, in November of 2015. There is still no word on what happened to his reindeer.

The Creeps also talk about hard candy flavors, the importance of Family, believing in the spirit of Christmas, and Matt sheds a tear for Hall and Oates again.

This week, for our usual December Holiday recipe time, the Creeps try Kelsey's homemade spiced Carrot Cake with chopped pecans, which is one of Matt's favorite types of cake. Measure the spices and nuts with your heart.

This includes details of the interrogations and confessions.

In this episode, your Creeps Kelsey & Matt try Annabelle's Big Hunk bar, a candy of honey nougat with peanuts. We also try Goetze's Oreo flavored caramel creams. (Our editor Britt confirmed the company is pronounced "Gets") An east coast vs west coast contest of treats, with Goetze's' being from Maryland, and Annabelle making candy in California. Afterwards, Kelsey tells a short story of Nova, a clouded leopard that went missing this year in the Dallas Zoo, and the wild events that followed.

The Creeps also talk about traveling to Dallas, giving wild animals scritches, and your hosts have a nougat taffy fight. Whatever you call it, candy is delicious.

In this episode, Kelsey tells the story of Jonathan Watson who was arrested and sentenced for murder in the early 2000's, only to continue murdering once imprisoned, and the alleged details of those crimes, which occurred within the infamous Corcoran California State Prison.
