This episode flies far past its rails, and we're not sorry for that. Kelsey packed this episode with two stories, two pups, two sodas, two hosts confused by flavor. The first story involves a dog very hot on the trail, who deserves all the treats. The other dog, Ace, couldn't be colder on a trail, and is perhaps not the goodest boy, except for maybe in our hearts.

In this episode, Matt goes into the life and death of Brian Wells. He tells the story of an elaborate collar bomb, placed around the neck of the "pizza bomber" of Erie, Pennsylvania, as well as the murderous conspirators surrounding this bizarre case.

Also, the creeps are left speechless by bountiful portions of one of the most incredible meals we've ever had on the show.

The Main Creeps try Chili Sweets, Strawberry Bites, a spicy gummy strawberry. In this episode, Matt brings us yet another in our series of Dumb Criminals. He shares the story of a man shopping at a Walmart in North Carolina, who requested an odd amount of change, who swears that the bill he handed the cashier is very real.

Shoutout to Kelsey's mom for the continued scouting and acquiring of fun snacks! (Britt does know what it's called, the gummies appear to be coated in Tajín, a popular type of chili lime salt used to coat fruit and other snacks.)

For our very special fiftieth main episode of the show, things got a little wild for us.

In this episode, Matt finally breaks Kelsey with the hilarious hijinks of a brazen criminal mastermind. He details a series of bank robberies that occurred in the Midwest by a masked assailant, who was discovered to be an infamous Kansas City Chiefs superfan who goes by the name Chiefsaholic. The guy goes full Point Break and the Creeps ask each other if they would too. We promise we will update y'all with new information on this legend if we get any. We were also enamoured by the tiniest of vehicles.

The Main Creeps try Zapps Chips yet again. This time they snack on their new favorite: Spicy Cajun Crawtators flavor.

Then Matt gives us the murder mystery of LaRoy Gorman, a banker who was fatally shot several times outside a restaurant in the 80s in Charleston, WV. The case is, at this time, yet unsolved. If you have any details or information regarding this, please contact Charleston Police at (304) 348-6480.

They also talk about weird purple shakes, how they enjoy chewing on small bites, wardrobe changes, and not knowing how to start.

In this episode, Kelsey covers the life of infamous murderer Ed Gein, and they discuss references to his heinous crimes throughout the history of horror cinema. The Creeps also talk about cookies for people, Slayer, response to killers as a culture, and Matt being an expert horse girl.

The Main Creeps try Zapp's Chips again, this time in the Voodoo Heat flavor.

Then Matt talks about a lady, who was in training to become a nun, who was horribly murdered during prayer in Wheeling, WV in the late 70s. This case is unsolved at time of recording. In this episode, Matt tells Kelsey about the odd history of a town in Brazil that was formed by fleeing American Confederates after the Civil War, and how that has affected the culture and community in the region. They also cover X-Men powers, lost files, our perception of population density over time, war crime escapes, and one very intriguing festival.

This week, the Main Creeps try another one of Kelsey's gas station grabs. This time, they're snacking on Cinnamon Toast Crunch "Cinnadust" coated Bugles. I guess you could call it snacking, they didn't try them very long. "Britt did end up loving them" Did our editor finish nearly the whole bag? Of course she did.

We're continuing our recent relay of nerdy culture related crimes. This time, Matt covers the elaborate heist of a whole pallet of trading cards from this year's 2023 GenCon in Indianapolis, IN, which is the largest gaming tcg and ttrpg convention in North America. While this theft appeared to be planned out, no one was reported as maneuvering around laser traps.

This episode, with its best intro to date, features homemade pepperoni rolls from re:Source Sanctuary and Farm of Taylor County, WV. Our food selections come from our most recent visit to the Bridgeport Farmer's Market. We also tried a handmade ricotta tomato hand tart that was given to us from This and That Bakery.

Matt tells Kelsey the story of Natasha Bagley, who was arrested on several charges in a Florida Burger King establishment, when she demanded to receive their french fries for free and that (obviously) didn't happen for her nor her girlfriend.

The Creeps also talk about how ubiquitous fast food fights are on the internet, and how we need to treat service workers better and be kind.
