A neighbor didn’t recognize him and said he was sore this morning. (He may need to hire it out). Maino was grocery shopping in pants that were too big, with no belt, and without underwear. (Must who hear this stuff so early in the morning?) Then meteorologist Brittney Merlot informs us that temperatures will drop off into the single digits by Thursday, and it’ll warm back up next week.

Speaking of impressive, Jim and John’s own “fitness coach,” Kathy Bratz, joins us to talk about her personal fitness journey she has been on. She has lost 235 pounds over the past two years. No “diets” or medication for fad ideas. “Movement and Moderation” is her advice. It works!
