Cale Makar and Nazem Kadri will of course take part in the playing of the NHL All-Star Game. In addition, they will take part in some of the events that occur the day prior to the game. Makar will pit himself against the likes of the fastest in the league in the speed competition, while Kadri will take part in a new event where players try to get their best hand of blackjack. I can't make that up.

We also take a look at the first half of the season and hand out grades to the defensemen and our goalies.
