Bradford H. Dockser is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Green Generation, which engineers and implements comprehensive integrated energy efficiency solutions that lower operating costs while improving sustainability on behalf of a diverse set of clients worldwide. During his more than two decades of real estate investing, Brad was a Principal with national real estate investment firm, MacFarlane Partners, and Founder and Managing Director for Starwood Capital Europe overseeing operations, direct investments, and operating joint ventures and financing activities throughout Europe.

Brad received an A.B. cum laude in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Harvard University. Brad serves on the global advisory board for Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance. He serves as Co-Chair of ULI Washington Sustainability Initiative and Chair of ULI’s Redevelopment and Reuse Product Council. Brad serves on the Advisory Board for the WELL Advisory for Hotels and Resorts. He is a member of the US Green Building Council and the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP).

Hannah Reynolds is a junior at Princeton University studying Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Upstate New York. Hannah is an organizer with Divest Princeton who started Students for International Divestment Day, an eight-hour-long virtual international climate strike on 10/24/20, demanding divestment from fossil fuels at institutions around the world. Hannah is also the external administrator of Princeton's Environmental Activism Coalition and her research focus is on environmental justice and policy in Southeast Alaska's Tongass National Forest. Hannah plans to go to law school after graduating from Princeton and is hoping to eventually go into environmental policy work.

I was super excited to interview the CEO and Founder of Final Co, Emma Rose Cohen. She has a master's degree from Harvard in Environmental Management and Sustainability. She spent four years working in waste minimization at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the Pollution Prevention department before becoming a straw-trepreneur. Will Gadd is a living legend in the truest sense. Year after year, he continually pushes the boundaries of ice climbing and, even after having won every major title from the World Cup to the Winter X Games, he continues to push the envelope. Will has also broke the world distance record on a paraglider not once, but three times. He was also the first person to cross the US by paraglider after a gruelling seven-week trip. In 2014, he made several first ascents of Kilimanjaro’s dwindling ice towers. As the glacier rapidly disappears from climate change, he returned in 2020 to make one last ascent.
