This is the messiest, most awkward & cringe, extremely humbling, raw, & vulnerable episode yet. There are so many parts of me that have been avoiding the call to talk on this topic, the perfectionist parts in me are mortified that we’re going through with it without editing or going back to “fix & tweak” things, and the darkness that lives within me is terrified at its exposure.
And I’m saying fu*k it, send it anyways.
In this episode I share my lessons from 2023 on healing from repressed childhood sexual trauma that surfaced in Dec 2022. This is the trigger warning and no details from the trauma are shared, just the process that I’ve been in since so that I am healed from it. I am beyond blessed that I have had people in my life that have been courageous enough to speak to their trauma and create a safe space for me to step into my healing journey with it; my intention & prayer is that this episode will do the same for someone else 🙏🏼 I trust that as more of us speak to our journeys it will help the whole to heal.
And it also clears the space for me to share more about what’s on tap for 2024 and the visions ahead. So much of my healing journey has been about going deep in my own work that I teach others and I’m ready to share and amplify it with the world in a whole new way, LFG.
Some of my favorite moments from this episode:
⚡getting it done & the completion energy from sharing
⚡normalizing something so many of people are struggling with
⚡stepping into 2024 with fresh AF energy to AMPLIFY

Legendary is the only way to accurately describe Kobe Bryant & Michael Jordan’s leadership & mindfulness coach George Mumford. The way he synthesizes, simplifies, & shares complex, heady topics, on consciousness of all things, is the same way that MJ could float across a court and make it look effortless. He’s the GOAT when it comes to teaching modern day mindfulness and his journey has taken him from the depths of addiction to teaching groundbreaking performance and mindfulness techniques with people from locker rooms to boardrooms, and from Yale to jail.
In this episode we sit down to talk about George’s latest book, “Unlocked: Embrace Your Greatness, Find the Flow, Discover Success” and this episode is PACKED with wisdom and insights. Regardless of if you like basketball or sports, this conversation is absolutely for you if you’re interested in finding more peace, flow, energy, love, and success in life. Joy is our birthright, a form of resistance & rebellion, and always ours for the taking and creating. Easier said than done however in the world that we live in, amiright? In this episode we join forces with Joy Enthusiast Rebecca Niziol who’s mission in the world is to amplify joy and teach us how to better access it and choose it in moments of hardship.

Rebecca has taught yoga to the US men’s national soccer team, guided a group of over two thousand people in meditation and led soul practices for billionaires on Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island.
