Believe it or not, we don’t have to believe everything we think and every thought we think isn’t true! I know that is hard to believe, but it is actually true. In this episode, I share some recent examples of how to focus on getting what I wanted and the amazing results I got in a short amount of time. I also share the next steps after getting what you want and how you can disarm those thoughts in your head that want to tell you you can’t keep what you got, you’re not good enough for it, etc.
This episode is a real life look at choosing to focus on a preferred reality, some simple steps of how you can do that and then how to retrain your mind to keep what you wanted so you can thrive in that space. My intention with this episode is for you to feel empowered in your new reality and be able to enjoy your life to the fullest!
