Spencer and Lee are boarding *very* close to outright disliking much of this show. Frustration abounds this week as the guys dive into HBO's House of the Dragon, Season 3, Episode 6 "Faceless Men." Spencer comes with a list of gripes, Lee attempts to move the conversation more positively (but then the issue of the script comes up...), and they both can't wait to talk about THAT ending.

Spencer and Lee break down episode 4 of the Apple TV+ series "Silo." Spencer and Lee work their way through a transitional episode of HBO's House of the Dragon, Season 3. Episode 5 moved *a lot* of plot lines forward and the guys attempt to untangle them in this recap. For instance, Lee attempts define exactly what the "family drama" and "mommy issues" are that seem to be plaguing the Targ boys. There is the requisite fussing about dialogue and plot, and Lee comes up with the Unified Theory of Why The Show Isn't As Good As Game of Thrones (theory name still under development). Spencer and Lee descend into the Silo to review Season 3, Episode 3 "A Dark Web." Lee gets a lesson on catchy podcasting from his AI while double dog daring the show AI to act. Spencer finds a few plot elements to logically deconstruct, however, on the whole, appreciated a solid, mid-season transition episode. RIP Orla and welcome back Lukas. Let's put our gas masks on and theorize about the grey-haired man. It's a party.

Spencer and Lee mount their wild dragons this week to journey to Tumbleton, visiting with a rather rude Commander, Lord Ormund Hightower. They differ a bit on their thoughts about this episode. Spencer highlighted a few scenes that really worked for him, and Lee took every opportunity through 85 minutes to convey his disappointment in the script writing. At the end, they start to frame what they think HotD's legacy will be in the larger Westeros-verse.
