Hello my Manish Peeps!
In this episode we will discuss that you cannot receive what you do not give, so you must provide Love, Joy, and Happiness to receive it in life. This will cover the following defined points:
It is often difficult for us to find Joy in merely the giving. When we give, but do not receive, we often feel as if others do not think about us.

The Joy in giving is the Happiness you acquire from developing Happiness in another. This is accomplished through the removal of need on physical objects and, instead, development of desire for Love, Joy, and Happiness in all that you do.

By making our emotions more important than anything physical, we find Happiness in the Happiness, Joy in the Joy, and Love in all Love.

Hello my Manish Peeps!
In this episode we will discuss the process for accepting and allowing the weight gain during the Holidays. This will cover the following defined points:
After my weight loss of over 200 pounds, I grew extremely fearful of putting weight back on. I had placed my personal value into the slender body I saw in the mirror.

Our bodies are not designed to maintain a low weight. We are designed to ebb and flow with the seasons.

By accepting the fact that you know how to lose weight, you can accept the ups and down your body will go through throughout the year. You control your body, not the other way around. But it takes a solid focus to maintain this control.

Hello my Manish Peeps!
In this episode we will discuss the difference between empathy and sympathy and talk through if we really want empathy in our life. This will cover the following defined points:
Empathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. This is different then sympathy, which is feelings of pity and sorrow for someone else's miss fortune.

Having sympathy means you believe you understand the feelings they are going through in a not-so-positive moment. Empathy means you share the feelings they are having within this moment, positive or not.

It is hard enough to manage our own thoughts and feelings, remaining positive in our Now. Having empathy is the allowing of others feelings to modify your own. Probably not a great thing to occur.

There are multiple levels of Love in our life

We tend to place people at certain levels, and never give those relationships the ability to upsize

By understanding the level of Love you hold, and the level of Love you desire, you can make modifications to your inner self to create the Love you want.

I used to avoid the difficult conversations, afraid of confrontation or being wrong in the end

Difficult conversations are important to the growth of any relationship. If we are not comfortable talking about the tough things, then we will hide those emotions away until they eat us from the inside out.

Difficult conversations lead to learning, which leads to growth, which leads to a stronger relationship, which leads to Love, Joy, and Happiness in your Now.

We live by the thought that “it seems to good to be true”

In this thought process we limit ourselves by not walking the paths that we deem as too easy. Instead, we attempt to analyze the path, in the end going a harder direction.

Stop attempting to analyze what the Universe is bringing into your Now. Instead, accept, find Joy, grow, and move on.

In this episode we will discuss the importance in not oversharing your life and allowing your personal choices to remain personal. This will cover the following defined points:
Sharing is simply a need to justify the actions you are taking. You are looking for positive feedback so you can feel good about the path you are walking.

This approach also risks taking you into negative feelings based upon the response you are provided

In realizing that your happiness does not need to be justified through others, you can release the want to share all your inner workings. Allow you to be you, and if someone asks, educate them.

Hello my Manish Peeps!
In this episode we will discuss how weight loss can be accomplished by simply walking. This will cover the following defined points:
There is a belief that high exercise is what is needed to produce weight loss

Weight loss is 80% what you put in your mouth and 20% exercise. You cannot burn off a bad diet.

I lost over 200 pounds by walking five miles a day, five to six days a week. While boring (at least from a treadmill) it produced the results I was looking for and allowed me to feel better in my daily activities.

Often we do not feel warranted in receiving without having gone through a painful period in our life

This idea is created from the belief that pain and anguish generate reward, a thought invoked in us through religion

Just by being you, just by being here, you are justified to manifest any desire you like. The greatest manifestations of all come with no negative emotional baggage.
