What's the last win you didn't celebrate?
Think back a few weeks. There's something in there. The application you finally sent. The hard conversation you'd been circling for a month. And here's the tell: the moment it was done, you were already onto the next thing.
Nobody chose that on purpose. Keeping it moving looks like drive. Not making a fuss looks like modesty.
But run the friend test. If your best friend told you she'd just done the exact thing you did, you know what would happen. You'd make her repeat it. You'd get loud. You'd want details. There'd be dinner involved. So you already know how to celebrate. The fluency just runs one direction, outward, never at yourself.
The old texts list gladness as a practice. Mudita, joy at a good thing happening. Nowhere does it say the good thing can't be yours.
So today, count the win. Tell someone what you did without shrinking it. The wins don't count themselves.
[template lands the mantra beneath: Celebrate the win.]
