As a mompreneur, you have to have a strategy to re-frame your negative thoughts. We have enough “stuff” being thrown at us on a daily basis, that we have to be able to move through the very loud “mean girl” that lives inside of our heads.A great way to do this through having a mantra to help you identify and work through negative thoughts.Why mantras?They are an anchor thought.
