Does your dream have only correct interpretation? No! I believe that there are many valuable ways to explore a dream and many layers of meaning. This week the Dream Journal hosts four dream guest experts who offer a range of ways to explore dreams to get you thinking about how to expand your thinking about dreaming. Join me, Katherine Bell, with my guests Linda Mastrangelo, Lauren Schneider, Victoria Rabinowe, and Marilyn Manzi as we take a wide-ranging ramble into the world of the dream.
Linda speaks about finding community as a dreamer. Victoria speaks about the value of little dreams about about forming dream groups. Marilyn speaks about befriending our inner monsters both asleep and awake. Lauren tells us about using Tarot cards to find meaning about finding resilience, personally and collectively. Katherine ends the first half by talking about using a treasure hunt approach to dream exploration.
In the second half, we speak more informally about neural circuitry, anxiety dreams, nightmares, and many other topics. We also take a call from Cindy Bishop, a dream artist from San Luis Obispo who mentions our Festival of Dreams keynote speaker Dr. Apela Colorado and her book Woman between the Worlds.
