The Nashville Predators can't seem to snap their season opening losing streak, much to the Red Wings benefit. Detroit topples the Predators 5-2 in Nashville, thanks to a 37 save performance from Alex Lyon. Vladimir Tarasenko tied it early on a goal assisted by Marco Kasper, his 1st NHL point. Then Detroit converted on their first powerplay, something they have failed to do early in the season. This put the onus on the Predators who began to push hard. 5v5 began to heavily sway towards Nashville, as Detroit was on their heels. But thanks to timely scoring and solid goaltending Detroit survived. #LGRW
