ASX 200 up 33 points to 7308 for a 0.8% fall on the week. Miners led the rally with BHP up 0.6% and banks joining in the fun with the Big Bank basket up $1 to $179.61. In corporate news, SVW raised its bid for BLD to 730c. Travel stocks shrugged off Sydney lockdown and tech stocks saw some profit taking after a solid week.
Dow futures up 120 points and European Futures pointing to a firmer open.
