ASX 200 closes off highs up 28 points to 7096 as miners and banks shine. ANZ disappointed on results falling over 3% but CBA and NAB put in a great performance with CSL another star on a presentation at the Macquarie Conference. APT though in the dog house following a presentation falling 3.5%.  AMC updated with a positive outlook rising 2.7%
