Mark began his commercial real estate career 15 years ago at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate Company, quickly becoming a top producer and trusted advisor in Idaho. In March 2014, he joined Gardner Company as Director of Leasing, boosting the leasing rate of their portfolio from 75% to over 95%.

Now Chief Leasing Officer at Ahlquist, Mark continues to bring dedication and integrity to his work. A fourth-generation Idahoan, he values hard work and community service. He has been a Board Member for the American Red Cross since 2015 and the Idaho Technology Council since 2017. Active in sports, he coaches his four children in various leagues.

Mark holds an associate degree in Accounting from Ricks College and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Boise State University. He lives in Meridian with his wife, Tiffany, and their children, Brier, Lola, Caleb, and Cooper.
