Nigel's guest today is Mark Foster. Five time Olympic swimmer Mark has a sporting success list most people could only dream of. Six time world champion, eight time world record holder, carrying the flag for Team GB at the 2008 Olympics...Mark has achieved a huge amount both in and out of the pool. He also successfully managed to keep his sexuality secret throughout all of it, despite knowing that he was queer from an early age. His memoir, the perfectly titled My Double Life, describes how he managed to balance every aspect of his life before deciding to come out publicly in 2017.
