Mark Vinson, Tampa Bay Rays athletic trainer and medical coordinator of special projects, joins host Sam Radbil on the Inside Athletic Training podcast. Mark shares his thoughts on the current state of athletic training in professional baseball, and his unique role with the Tampa Bay Rays after spending a decade in the dugout as a Major League athletic trainer, and discusses the career path that led him to Tampa Bay. Mark also provides insight into his new role with the club managing the MLB draft medical process and shares some great advice for younger athletic trainers looking to break into baseball.
