  • 94. How to Develop Your Signature Program with Lara Heimann

Having a signature program as a teacher can really set your offerings a part and help differentiate you from the crowd. But how does one actually create a signature program? Thankfully we have someone who's successfully created their signature program and it's rippled out in to many more income streams for their business, and that's the wonderful Lara Heimann!

In the years to follow, Lara began to refine the LYT Yoga Method, combining physiology, kinesiology and neurology and functional movement patterns to yield a more cohesive philosophy.  In 2011 Lara opened up the first official LYT Yoga Studio, Yoga Stream, in Princeton NJ, and began to share her teachings through a codified and extensive LYT Yoga Teacher Training that continues to be offered online and year round for students all over the world.

Lara is the epitome of a yoga professional and she shares deeply about creating the LYT Yoga Method, how she trains other teachers and so much more. Be sure to check out her podcast Redefining Yoga here!

Sales is a part of business. When it comes to sales in a wellness business, many yogipreneurs feel less than confident, or perhaps even a bit sleezy, when trying to sell in their business. • 86. The Gold is in Your Story with Dagmar Spremberg

As yoga teachers who own businesses in a modern day world, we spend a great deal of time thinking about our marketing. What's the right thing to say or the best time to post? Should I share my personal life or, should my profile be strictly yoga?

What we often forget is that sharing from our authentic voice is exactly what our students are craving. Dagmar Spremberg shares with us today how we can tap into our well of courage to share our personal story as means of connection, instead of trying to please or reach everyone by sharing the same old content.

Dagmar is a 500 hr E-RYT and the founder of Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica. While growing up in Germany, all she could envision for herself was a life in the sunshine and under the palm trees. After 20 years of soul searching and many detours that let her explore city life in Los Angeles and New York, she found her dream life by the beach in the lush & tropical nature of Costa Rica.

Through her own experience, Dagmar believes that everybody can live their dreams and that our work is to become clear and open to receive the gifts we all deserve as yoga teachers and entrepreneurs. You won't want to miss it!
