The next time you walk into your grocery store, take a good look around. They way you see items set up is not just a hap-hazard arrangement of goods for sale. Grocery stores take the time, and effort to "test market" the location of items. They have it down to a science.
If something isn't selling, then maybe it's time to test it, in a different location. The same hold true with your business.
