Markus Schopfer originates from Alto Adige, He started his equestrian and professional trainer carrier over 30 years ago.

During his career, he collected many successes showing in cutting, reined cow horses, and reining.

Markus is the 2015 NRHA Intermediate Open World Champion riding his stallion Jokin Whiz.

He’s the highest European money earner in NRCHA events, one of the founders of the European Reined Cow Horse Association (ERCHA), and has been the president of this association for 15 years.
