Life doesn't always work out the way you plan. In fact, most of us had some kind of plan set out for us to follow. Go to school, college, get a job, get a spouse, have some kids, get a house, pay taxes, etc. So what happens when you check all the boxes and life still doesn't quite look how you expected it to look? In this episode, I talk about the map I used and the map I created. What map are you using?

Fear is nice. Love is kind.
Love shows up in almost everything we do. It’s who we are. Our lives improve when love outweighs the other stuff. You can either choose love, whether consciously or unconsciously, or give in to fear.

Letting the body and the mind wander can have a big impact on how you create new ideas and integrate your learning experiences. So many people focus on one part of the body or mind without realizing how connected everything actually is. When you're feeling stuck, consider taking a walk or moving your body in some way to give your mind some space to wander, too.

So if you're like me, and you kind of hate those things, have a listen as I discuss the word of the year process.

When we go inward, like actually take the time to focus on who we are, what we're doing, what we're feeling and how we're connected with the world around us, our awareness and understanding expands. I highly recommend a trip to the beach for this experience, but if you can't make it to the water, you can find stillness and focus your intention right where you are.
