You must Try this Step By Step Chicken Biryani Instant Pot Recipe, it's EASY and quick with AUTHENTIC taste! It's a mix of many different recipes me or my husband have tried over the years. I've finally been able to find a perfect version that is quick! This recipe is VERY easy to make and saves so much time in the Instant Pot.
Recipe Ingredients: This recipe feeds about 4-6
~Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker
~ pan to heat and fry onions in 1 1/2 large onions sliced thin
~ 2 cups oil (your choice)-to fry onions
~ 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
~ 10 or so black peppercorns (per your taste)
~1 inch ginger root, finely chopped
~ 2 cloves garlic chopped (The ginger and garlic chopped can be subbed with ginger garlic paste- 1tablespoon)
~ 1-2 sprigs of Mint chopped
~1-2 Sprigs of cilantro chopped
~ 2 lbs skinless chicken of choice- (legs, drumsticks, thigh, bone in or out)
~ 2 cups basmati rice- rinsed and drained
~ 2 teaspoon Garam Masala per your taste
~ 2 teaspoons coriander powder
~ 2 teaspoons cumin powder
~ 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
