In this episode, I explore the well-known 'Resting Bitch Face' (RBF) and the deeper layers behind it. From its causes to how it disconnects us from our essence and impacts our connections with others, we’ll dive into why it’s more than just an expression. Together, let’s uncover how embracing and understanding this part of ourselves can lead to greater authenticity and meaningful connection.

I’m thrilled to sit down with my friend and filmmaker Omid Mirnour to discuss his latest work, Rap & Revolution Iran. This powerful documentary highlights the resilience and defiance of Iran's rebellious rap scene as it fights for freedom and challenges oppression. The film dives into how Iranian rap has become a daring voice of political resistance, standing up to the Iranian regime despite the life-threatening risks artists face. We explore what this movement teaches us about solidarity, courage, and our shared fight for humanity and justice, and how, here in Germany, we can amplify these messages and drive change in our own society—with support from the music and film scenes.
We invite you to share this episode and Omid's documentary to reach even more people. Let's move from 'me' to 'we' and create a new era of love and unity together. Our society is changing – and how it develops is entirely up to us.

I am very grateful to speak with Gavin Meenan on today's episode. Gavin is a men’s mentor and coach in the field of physical and mental transformation, host of: The Modern Warrior Podcast, and the author of his two books: Stronger Mind, Stronger Body, Stronger Life, and The Art of Self-Acceptance. He is also an incredible individual who openly shares with us his personal journey of overcoming the darkest moments of his life. Through these experiences, he came to a powerful truth: all the answers we seek are within, and while life gives us our lessons, it's up to us how we choose to handle them.
Today, Gavin uses his experiences to empower other men, helping them quiet their inner turmoil, regain their confidence, feel worthy, and realize that they have always been – and always will be – more than enough.
This episode is rich with vulnerability, deep insight, and valuable wisdom. I have immense respect for Gavin and the support, strength, inspiration and hope he brings to all of us through his story and I am sure, you will too.

Ray and I enjoyed another conversation where we talked about what's been happening in the world lately and the different energies and emotions we've been feeling within ourselves.
We will be discussing specific topics in a future mini-series, "The Journey Back to Our Heart," but especially the first two episodes, including this one, will help you get a broader understanding of who Ray is, his background, and why the teachings and wisdom he shares can help you on your own journey back to your heart.
In this episode, we talk about loss and grief, karma, attachment and detachment, and why happiness can not be found in the outer world - at least not in the long run - but how happiness can be found within ourselves and how we can love ourselves in the process.

I met Jeff two weeks ago at the Creacon Wellness Retreat in Ireland, which was loved, hosted, and held by Ray and Colby Rolando. Already at the beginning, Jeff and I had a fascinating and profound conversation about feminine and masculine energy, the vicious cycle related to addiction clinics and addiction programs in our society, the different types of addiction that are different yet very much the same, and of course Jeff's personal story - which leads us to the continuation and release of today's podcast episode:
"If you want to get a pearl, you have to dive deep." Jeff was allowed to learn this in his life as well. In 2001, Jeff worked as a Front Desk Manager at a luxury boutique & spa hotel in Woodside, CA. Many seeds were already planted here because afterward, he completed his master's program in transpersonal psychology at Sophia University and CIIS, learning about Western psychology & Eastern spiritual traditions. Soon after that, life intervened as his addiction to alcohol resurfaced like a tremendous force of the perfect storm, "taking me into the depths of darkness that I did not know even existed."
In this podcast episode, Jeff shares how he managed to break free of his nearly 10-year alcohol addiction, the message his addiction was trying to send him, why the will to change must come from deep within ourselves, and the importance of approaching life from a place of love and connection instead of fear, and how we can make that happen.

Martin's gift to the world is to support and reconnect people with their own inner healer through the power of sound. As a gong master, he facilitates transformative sound and soul journeys and combines the wisdom of ancient alchemy in his work. Since 2017, he and his wife Marie have been sharing and continuously developing their knowledge and love for their sacred calling.
Today's episode will be interesting for you if you are in a phase of your life (again) that, from an ego perspective, is pulling the ground out from under your feet. "What is the Purpose of my life?" This is just one of many questions that play a significant role in this phase. Maybe you are afraid to make the wrong choice while living in it already. But what if it takes this particular period to step into our greatest power? What if divine timing or divine intervention is at play, and this perhaps "depressive" phase is needed for change?
At least, that is what Alchemy says. The knowledge passed down for thousands of years, and the ancient wisdom that Martin shares, lives by and believes is the foundation for everything and the handbook for life.
- What is alchemy, and how can we apply it?
- Why depressive phases are necessary for change to occur
- How to overcome obstacles and break through self-imposed prisons
