Today's episode will discuss Ray's backstory and how he moved through these challenging times. We are addressing karma, what karma is, when we are in karma, why we shouldn't interfere in someone else's lesson, and why our karma ultimately points us to our dharma.

  • #9 – Heart Drops: Are you afraid to love again?

We are collectively ending a 30-year karmic cycle.... Everything that seemed hidden is now suddenly so clear to see. We connect dots, find missing pieces of the puzzle, feel our inner desire to love again, and fall deeper into love with ourselves. Still, at times there is a roadblock. A fear arises when we open ourselves to the feeling of love and being loved again. Do we equate love with loss? Do we equate love with pain? What if it's not love that hurts us? What if it is a pain that we have never dealt with in the first place?

  • #8 – Heart Drops: Let the wheel turn

Six years ago today, my best friend passed away overnight. Since then, I have been on a path of self-realization, (self-)love, confronting myself and life with all its shadow sides, and reconnecting with God. Two days ago, I was involved in a car accident that left me feeling incredibly grateful, excited, and free, and I feel that the message that comes out of that will resonate with many of you.
We often don't know why something happens in our lives or why we "lose" someone we love. Sometimes we don't even have the opportunity to say goodbye. Sometimes it is the human, one-sided perception of death that separates us, and sometimes it is different paths, views, lessons, physical or emotional abuse, or the emotional absence of our parents that cause our hearts to close. Consciously and/or unconsciously. But what if all this was necessary to open our hearts in a way that has never been opened before? What if we can't see the bigger picture because our hearts (and human minds) are not yet ready to open to the truth and the deep love it brings? Can you give yourself permission to let go of the old story that keeps you trapped in fear instead of love?

With my new "Heart Drops" episodes, I'm channeling messages and information that feel important to share with you—intending to create a space to drop in, to remember and connect with the truth that can only be found within.

I aim to bring more awareness to the hidden parts of us that unconsciously pull the strings, leaving you with a smile and a calm and peaceful feeling in your heart.

  • #7 – Heart Drops: Layers of Grief

The last days were energetically intense. Not only did the Schumann resonance go up tremendously, but we also experienced in our inner world different upgrades. Those upgrades can come with a lot of grief, and once again, we are invited to shed away layers of the onion. I experienced this in an interaction with a close friend of mine while we were talking about death and the grief that comes with it. The conversation triggered something deep within me, which I want to share with you in this second "Heart Drops" episode.

  • #6 – Kevin Hart I Me too? – Are you in control of your sexual energy or is the energy in control of you?

This episode is very close to my heart because I want to spread awareness about trauma, especially sexual trauma, specifically in men. For that reason, I invited my guest and friend Kevin Hart on the show because, through his own experience and life story, he specializes in supporting men and women on their journey through tantric practice to rebuild intimacy and trust and to release unconscious and conscious sexual trauma.

These are some of the main topics we will dive into in today's episode:

    - Tantra, sensuality, and sexuality

    - How unprocessed emotions impact our lives in an unconscious way

    - Trust and the unspoken competition among men

    - Why pre-ejaculation can be related to sexual trauma

    - How to let go of trauma responses held in the body

Thank you, Kevin, for your courage, strength, vulnerability, and openness to share your experiences and the wisdom that comes with it.

If you want to work with Kevin, you can message him directly: [email protected]

  • #5 – Heart Drops: Be the cause, not the effect

Are you losing a sense of inner clarity about who you are? Maybe you're feeling frustrated, sad, or even peeling back layers of grief? If so, you're right on track. Allow yourself to BE, instead of do.

With my new "Heart Drops" episodes, I'm channeling messages and information that feel important to share with you. Intending to create a space to drop in, to remember and connect with the truth that can only be found within.

I aim to bring more awareness to the hidden parts of us that unconsciously pull the strings, leaving you with a smile and a calm and peaceful feeling in your heart.

I recorded this episode a few weeks ago, but it feels aligned to share it now.

  • #4 – Alex Jepson I Depression = Pressure, Freedom, This is Me: The Identity Rebirth Process

Alex Jepson works as a passionate wood artist and entrepreneur and has dedicated himself to helping others return to their natural state of being and living more intentionally and authentically. One reason I invited him to Masculinity Now today is to talk about his past suicidal depression, medication use, and addiction to weed and alcohol to inspire people to stop, pause, and reflect, but most importantly, to talk about the constant unfolding and evolution of our selves, the need to attach to a specific „Identity“ and what tools we can use to work with it instead of getting into our own way. He supports people to find a balance between the feminine and masculine approaches to life and live in a more heart-centered way.

  • #3 – Part 2: Aniko Fisch I Live Healing Session

Welcome! This is Part Two, the Live Healing Session.

I always find it remarkable what our body can store regarding memories and emotions and what triggers ensure that they are integrated into our consciousness. Even when we have dealt with our childhood wounds, it becomes apparent that the body has its own timing to release them on an even deeper level and finally transcend them from our system.Aniko was in a car accident exactly one day before we recorded the episode, which brought up a lot of past emotions that we will cover in today's episode and demonstrate how to let go of them.Thank you, Koko, for your courage, authenticity, vulnerability, and Trust.

  • #3 – Aniko Fisch I How to Balance our Bodies

Aniko is a gifted wellness and nutrition coach specializing in Body Talk and Intuitive Healing for her clients. After learning various healing methods, her life took an unexpected turn when Aniko suffered a debilitating mystery illness that put her out of commission for several years. On her journey back to health, Aniko gained a new perspective on why the body expresses its imbalance through dis-ease.

Her experience, knowledge, and inner wisdom were the reason I wanted to address the wounded masculine approach in today's medical system, the imbalance in our bodies and brains that comes with it, ...and the fatal side effects it has if we are cut off from our intuition and suppress our emotions.

That was the original plan.... and we will also address these important points in today's episode. Though plans can change, we're invited to surrender more deeply to the bigger plan. Aniko had a car accident exactly one day before we recorded the episode.

In today's podcast episode, we address especially emotions like anger, which has also been passed down through generations, and how we deal with it in our society today. We will discuss solutions, tools, and personal experiences that will help you on your journey!

Masculinity isn’t toxic. What becomes destructive are the wounded parts of both masculine and feminine energy – especially when shame, anger, trauma or emotional pain stay suppressed for too long.
