It’s Albert Einstein who stated “adversity is inevitable.” But, “All adversities and challenges brings with it an equivalent seed of growth”. We must seek purpose in pain understanding purpose is what keeps us in the fight. Learning how to possess the “eagle mindset” in the midst of pain is crucial for not only sustainable growth but legacy as well. In most cases, many people tend to run away from pain, in fear of failure or self-doubt. The Eagle is the only bird in the world that flies into the storm to navigate and achieve purpose. This relates to business, family, community and of course self. “Why come this far to just come this far?” Everybody on earth is walking around with a gift in their hands. It’s not the burdens of life that weighs us down, but instead it’s how we navigate through those burdens.
