They talk about his earliest influences in pro wrestling and what lead to him wanting to get into the wrestling business. We also discuss his experience as a successful musician and how that helps when it comes to dealing with different aspects of the business, including talent and production.

Billy talks about his overall thoughts on the wrestling business today and why it likely has yet to peak. He shares his philosophy on the modern NWA and how it differs from the nostalgic era that most of us remember. Plus, the importance of mental health in the business and his approach when it comes to dealing with talent.

Finally, we talk about NWA 312 happening on April 7th in Highland Park, Illinois, where some of the proceeds will help to benefit the Highland Park Community Fund which is helping victims recovering from the mass shooting in that community last 4th of July.
