When it comes to working out, there’s a steadfast rule I’ve been learning - quality over quantity.
If you do a quality workout, you could spend thirty minutes or so. 💪
But, if you do a workout for say an hour, where you aren’t properly executing the moves, you could hurt yourself.

To measure if you’re accomplishing your goal, my fitness coach gave an example of examining if you could do proper squat
This means five reps of your body weight of front squats.
