Coach Matt Pugh grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. He played at Winnetonka High School & then played collegiately at Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri.

Coach Pugh served as a high school varsity basketball coach for 10 years in the state of Missouri. He was also an assistant college basketball coach for 2 years at John Wood Community College, with a National Tournament Appearance in year one & National Runner Up finish in year two.

Matt is currently a Pure Sweat Basketball Skills Coach running Pure Sweat Skills Academies & traveling throughout the Midwest running Team Clinics as well as providing individual and team training in the Hannibal, Missouri and Quincy, Illinois area.
