The Carolina Panthers introduced its presumed new starting quarterback, Sam Darnold, on Monday afternoon. Darnold and head coach Matt Rhule both spoke to the media about the quarterbacks new beginning and the direction of the team heading into the NFL Draft.

Rhule provided clarity on the options for the Panthers at 8, along with the current situation with outgoing quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
