Maximum Mediocrity Podcast

#ChaplinTheKidnapped Patrick Liberatore is the lead singer and front man to his project Chaplin The Kid, where alternative rock meets country. We talked with Patrick about the real life struggles and decisions that need to be made when becoming a career musician. Far too many musicians struggle with breaking into the industry so Patrick lays down his personal experiences for others to learn from. We learned quickly during this interview that Patrick's dedication and passion towards his music is only matched by his dedication and passion for his growing family. It was truly amazing listening to his story. What happens when hurricanes, wild fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters come knocking on humanities door? Shit gets wrecked. Not like New Years Eve with the friends wrecked. Like, actual wrecked. When that happens, someone has to step up when it's all said and done and pick up the pieces. That person is Christine. We had the great privilege of putting her in the guest seat while she wasn't busy fixing the stuff that most of us are to afraid to acknowledge even exists. We discuss the insanity of her work, the value of helping others regardless of scale, and of course, hairy balls. Horror movies have some of the craziest, most ridiculous writing in all of cinema. How hard could it be to write our own? We invited 80's horror nerd Brad Glassco to help us write the greatest horror movie of all time. Shout out to the the creator of the Horror Movie Night Podcast, Matt Kelly for injecting us with the idea of cheesy horror movie tropes.
