Joe Carrere has been working with beer for longer than 4th graders have been alive. He has over 10 years of experience and isn't stopping anytime soon. We're not sure if its his knowledge of fine craft brews that have our heads spinning or if that's just the large quantities of alcohol that we drank during our blind taste test in this episode. Feel free to crack open your favorite micro brew while listening to drunk relationship advice and jazz filled montages. Please drink responsibly. Be chill. Fast cars, roaring engines and screaming tires are all things that most gear head loving men dream about when they envision a car barreling down a race track at top speed. And as cars have evolved so has the culture that surrounds them. Car culture is slowly becoming more accepting than it ever has in the past and to prove that we caught up to the fastest woman around an autocross track to answer our most burning car culture questions. We present one of our new favorite people, Liz! Stef Schrader, are you jealous? Electricians, Plumbers, Machinists and other skilled tradesmen are statistically older white men working under difficult conditions. So naturally we found one that doesn't fit that description very well, or in this case, not at all. She's breaking the stereotypes of tradesmen and she's not shy about it. No topic is off the table in this candid, matter-of-fact talk with our electrically charged Morgan Miller! No sexy umbrella boys were harmed in the recording of this episode. Christopher Federici from the New Jersey based band Hedera SOJO sits down to discuss all things music. Hear strait from a working musician what it's like to break into the music industry. We discuss humble beginnings, inspiration, and the daily grind. But of course, it wouldn't be a Maximum Mediocrity Podcast if we didn't first get him drunk and test his knowledge about music history and theory (for science).
