The gang celebrates their 100th episode by complaining about others. In this episode, they talk all about professionals who are terrible at their jobs or difficult to work with, like eye doctors who ask you which lens is better when they’re both the same, professors who tell you your work is so bad they want to kill themselves, and radio bosses who don’t realize nobody gives a damn about whales in the New York Harbor.

The gang decides to get together last minute and record their newest episode, but this time it’s virtual. For the first time ever in Maxwell’s Magic Hour history the podcast is recorded in each hosts respective studios. They update everyone on their lives and what it’s like working from home including Alyssa going stir crazy and cancelling her trip to Miami, Christian becoming Snow White by befriending wild animals outside his apartment and Maxwell doing the same thing he always does: never leaving the apartment at all.

The gang get’s together in a time of crisis to try and relax with a fun game of “Would you Rather?”. A famous game favored by radio broadcasters, they spin and create some of the wildest scenerios like deciding who would you rather fight or if you would rather be one superhero or another under very specific conditions having to do with limited superpowers or wealth. They also dive into some of the most popular phrases that can be misconstrued on the air like is it “book of worms” or “can of worms”?

The gang quickly washes their hands before recording this next episode (don’t worry, they sang Happy Birthday to themselves). The Coronavirus is now officially the scourge of the Earth, or as some see it, the Media’s favorite fear mongering love child. The virus has spread to almost every continent on the earth and continues to infect the masses but is it really that terrifying? Is mass panic and hoarding of medical supplies more dangerous than the virus itself? Maxwell, Christian, and Alyssa share their thoughts on this new potential Pandemic that’s sweeping the nation like sliced bread, but isn’t the best thing since sliced bread.

Florida Man is the legend that nobody asked for, starting in 2013 with the original “Florida Man” being caught trying to eat someones face while on bath salts. Now, the stories rage on and keep getting worse somehow. Some stories range from the “Florida Man” breaking into someones house to make breakfast, waking up naked in a parking lot covered in peanut butter, trying to sell meth to a church, and even murdering family members and calling it a life goal. The gang gets together to chat about the good, the bad and the ugly of the horrible legend.

Not knowing how to make friends any more, having 0 hobbies, and getting yelled at for having “Rabbit Ears” at a trivia night are all things you might have in common with other young professionals just trying to get through “adulting”. Maxwell, Christian and Alyssa discussed all the life lessons they’ve learned so far in the year of 2020. With only a month in you’d think they would have just learned that January is the worst month, but some lessons include barely having any close friends as an adult, being so far away from everyone you might as well never go out, and focusing your time on feral animals that live outside your apartment to essentially become Snow White.

Christian is back with another insane story about getting in trouble with the law. After passing out in his apartment he gets a call from his brother explaining that Johnny Law was looking for him and in a fit of panic he heads back to his old address to find out what exactly he’s in big trouble for this time. The gang chats about getting in trouble with the law themselves, and the insane things they would do to get out of, or stay in jury duty like promoting the podcast excessively, stealing a judges gavel and making random animal noises.

The gang gets together to discuss some of the intense topics of the week. Maxwell has a problem with the continuous hatred towards Guy Fieiri on the internet, which continues to get worse in the form of Youtube parodies, Tik Tok videos, and Insta posts. Maxwell, Christian and Alyssa also argue about the best and worst parts of growing up in the 90’s and 2000’s like Kanye Wests awful shade sunglasses, Britney Spears rise and fall, and whatever the hell Mya was up too.

The gang gets together to discuss the top songs of 2019 including tracks like “Heat” by Chris Brown which pushed the boundaries of vulgar music, Old Town Road by Lil Nas which became the most popular song in America and Alyssa’s least favorite track of all time, and whatever the hell Post Malone put out. They also have heated debates about the most popular music from their childhood like NSYNC and the Backstreet Boys and things get dicey as the crew tries to fight over who is better.

Connecticut is known for many things. Wether it be incredible pizza, aquariums, beautiful rich beach side communities and now a murderer who has so much evidence against him he might as well throw in the towel (and that towel is probably soaked with his victims blood). Maxwell, Christian, and Alyssa get together to discuss the famous CT case of Fotis Dulos, who allegedly killed his wife and had his friend and girlfriend help him.
