Its our first birthday and we were beaten. Interestingly our first pod was after we had lost to Southampton so some deja poo in full effect. Right so we have to talk about West Ham and we cover what has to be covered given the god awful affair we witnessed on Saturday evening. Thankfully we have a great interview with Jason McAteer the former Red and Irish International to lighten things up.
