Mama Bennie takes us through her recovery journey and the strength it took to overcome such a traumatic experience. Things turn emotional as she bravely speaks on the loss of one of her children, sharing how that moment reshaped her and her outlook on life. Today, Mama Bennie has built a strong and supportive online community, where she shares her life and motherhood journey with her babies. Her story continues to inspire so many and she’s just getting started.

Welcome back to our final episode of 2025! For this special year-end recap, I’m joined by #Marlon and #Patty as we reflect on everything 2025 had to offer. We kick things off in Phase 1 by breaking down the biggest pop culture moments of the year, from the fires in Los Angeles at the start of the year, to political debates, viral trends, and social media scandals that had everyone talking. In Phase 2, the conversation gets deeper and more personal as we share the craziest text messages, unforgettable moments, and our biggest accomplishments from the year.

Phase 3 takes you behind the scenes, where we spill all the BTS moments and things that happened during filming, before filming, and even incidents that never made it onto the podcast. I also share my future wishlist guests, while Marlon and Patty weigh in with their honest (and hilarious) opinions. We wrap up in Phase 4 by paying homage to the podcasts that inspire me and continue to motivate my journey in this space. This week kicks off our very first holiday episode and we’re joined by #LaComadreLulu! We were so excited to welcome her to Me & Who Els for the very first time. #Lulu has been incredibly open about stepping into a new chapter of her life: becoming a single mom of two, buying a new home, and adjusting to an entirely new routine. In this episode, she bravely shares the details of the infidelity she experienced in her marriage, how she discovered the truth, and what it was really like trying to hold her home together while living with her ex-husband and still having to document her life for her audience. She gets emotional as she reflects on how hard she fought to make the relationship work and how her faith carried her through the most difficult moments. Lulu opens up about the strength she found in God, and how that faith has guided her through healing and rebuilding. This episode is raw, emotional, and truly beautiful.
