Please enjoy this BONUS EPISODE as I, Alicia Caldwell, share how life circumstances sometimes warrant a pause as you reposition, refocus, and prepare to restart. Because there are times in life where a pause is more powerful than pushing yourself to complete a task. Today was one of those times. I had planned to record another podcast episode, but my mind and energy were not prepared for it. If you are struggling with giving yourself permission to take care of your mind as you strive for success in life, take a listen, and then decide.
What I know is that self-care sometimes means taking a purposeful pause. Listen to your mind, body, and spirit as your gauge if this practice may apply to you.

Today's Me Myself and HER Podcast episode 48, is a Father's Day tribute. Not for the fathers, but for the fatherless daughters. I'm sending this message of hope and encouragement as a fellow daddyless daughter. As you live out the chapters of your life that don't include a father's love, guidance, or presence, I pray that you find your way to the abundant life that you deserve.
My hope is that this episode will magnify the needs and inspire daddyless women and girls to believe that they are worthy of love, capable of healing, deserving of prosperity, and more than their parental circumstances.
Join Alicia Caldwell as she discusses her daddlyess daughter journey and her decision to make revisions to the story she was telling herself about her father's absence.

Professional women leaders don't have tons of time to dedicate to self-care, but most want to. Most women want to take better care of themselves so that they’re better equipped to manage taking care of others. The truth is, when we neglect our self-care, we put undue stress and strain on our minds and bodies. By making self-care a daily priority we are empowered to lower stress, boost mental resilience and improve our quality of life.
Join Alicia Caldwell as she discusses The Fabulous Four Self-Care Method, which is a blueprint that she created to make self-care a tangible reality for busy professional women. As you listen, create your own plan to boost your self-care in The Fabulous Four areas of mind, body, spirit, and relationships.
Episode highlights: Identify self-care strategies that are already working | Increase the frequency and consistency of your self-care | Self-care ideas for mind, body, spirit, and relationships | How The Fabulous Four Method can work for you | How to use The Fabulous Four "partnering strategy" if you are short on time.
